Taqueria Angelica's beginnings started from a college business project. After analyzing a local truck, that would sell in Cal-State & then setting up a theoretical business plan, the seed was planted. A few months later Angelica purchased her first truck under the name, Taqueria Nochistlan. Which turned into Taqueria Angelica's, with its own authentic menu and family recipes.
